Revenue Actions
Members who need a revenue-related action right now. Health scores are assigned automatically by the triggers below (any member, any tenure) and can always be overridden by hand.
- Risk — auto-flagged on a disengagement signal (no visit in the last 21 days, or fewer than 3 visits since joining), or hand-marked as Risk. Mark Stable (the yellow S) once the member is re-engaged to clear the flag. A Risk save does not earn commission, so it is not recorded in the Scorecard.
- Churn — members whose membership is ending (no future membership scheduled), or who were hand-marked as Churn. Never auto-flagged from email activity. Marking Stable here records a Save (15% of the current rate).
- Opportunity — members worth a revenue conversation: either flagged by your team, or month-to-month members active 5+ months who are strong candidates to convert to a 6-month plan.
- The Win / Loss chart (bar icon) shows completed outcomes; the date range controls which tasks and wins are counted.
Trends
Monthly membership flow and health over time.
- Green bars (above the line) — new members plus returns from pause.
- Red / orange bars (below the line) — members leaving plus those currently paused.
- Net line — new minus leaving: overall growth or decline.
- ALoS line — average length of stay (member tenure) in months.
- Click any month for its exact breakdown. The current month is live; future months are forecasts from already-scheduled memberships.
Utilization
Recognized revenue and visits per location, by month.
- Revenue is what members were actually billed (prorated for mid-month joiners), assigned to locations by where they actually show up.
- Allocation — most members' revenue is split across locations by their visit share; dedicated-desk members (Foundation / Summit / Pinnacle) count 100% at their home location; members with no visits that month are split evenly across all locations.
- @workheights.com staff are excluded entirely (comped, $0) so they don't skew the numbers.
- “Average for Selected Period” shows the average across every month in your range instead of a single month.
